Message from Eddy
Therapy is a powerful means to explore, grow and turn pains into wisdom.
From my experiences in therapy, I have noticed that the paradigm of modern life
places a lot of pressure on an individual’s mental health. This is because modern
life comes with a lot of complexity and demands. Today, people pursue a combination
of identity, lifestyle, fulfilment, achievement, supportive relationships,
a work-life balance, financial gain, career progression, a bigger world purpose,
and more. Navigating these demands can strain our mental health over time.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, empty, or inadequate, I can help you. If you want to
explore and unlock more of your potential, I can help you. I do my utmost to provide
a warm, supportive and nonjudgmental space, where you can express your story and
needs. I am committed to understanding you as a whole person, as we build a path
forward.
Together, we will discover root causes to current problems and directly address the
underlying source of distress to soothe your experience. In addition, we can
uncover unhelpful patterns of behaviour, thoughts, and emotions that
impact your life and relationships.
I strive to deliver therapy that is collaborative, empowering and practical.
Every client is important to me as I believe everyone comes to therapy to not only
resolve issues but to enact meaningful change.
