Message from Eddy

Therapy is a powerful means to explore, grow and turn pains into wisdom.

From my experiences in therapy, I have noticed that the paradigm of modern life places a lot of pressure on an individual’s mental health. This is because modern life comes with a lot of complexity and demands. Today, people pursue a combination of identity, lifestyle, fulfilment, achievement, supportive relationships, a work-life balance, financial gain, career progression, a bigger world purpose, and more. Navigating these demands can strain our mental health over time.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, empty, or inadequate, I can help you. If you want to explore and unlock more of your potential, I can help you. I do my utmost to provide a warm, supportive and nonjudgmental space, where you can express your story and needs. I am committed to understanding you as a whole person, as we build a path forward.

Together, we will discover root causes to current problems and directly address the underlying source of distress to soothe your experience. In addition, we can uncover unhelpful patterns of behaviour, thoughts, and emotions that impact your life and relationships.

I strive to deliver therapy that is collaborative, empowering and practical. Every client is important to me as I believe everyone comes to therapy to not only resolve issues but to enact meaningful change.

Message from Canaan

From the first moment we meet, I am committed to creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected. In our sessions, I aim to create a sanctuary where you can talk about yourself and your experiences at your own pace. With each step we take, I am committed to empowering and supporting you on a journey to release your mind and grow.

People are wonderfully diverse, and each of my clients offers me the chance to see the world from their perspective. The modern world is demanding, where so many things compete for our attention and time. However, I would like to encourage everyone to focus on their self-care and personal development as it is the foundation of our wellbeing.

From time-to-time, we all need support from someone who will listen to us without judgement or another agenda. This untangles the knots to help us reconnect to life’s bigger picture and our purpose.
